1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hefei Wenshuang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WSKJ", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

WSKJ provides computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, technical consulting, and related professional services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Computer systems architecture and design
• System integration services
• Technical consulting and advisory
• Scientific research and development services
• Specialized design services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of WSKJ and are protected by intellectual property laws. 5. Payment Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSKJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WSKJ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WSKJ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hefei, Anhui Province.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
